Recycling is in many cases a foreign word in architecture, but for this project it was the common thread of everything.
The commission in this project was the remodeling of a shop, which would sell products with zero waste. The entire ecosystem around the brand was to reduce the ecological footprint of each consumer; so the architecture should respond to the same logic.
Fruit containers were recycled to be used in the ceiling of the main area of the shop, where a versatile piece of furniture was also designed to contain all the supplies that would be sold there. In addition, wood was recycled to create furniture and tables for the project.
The project's color palette uses wood tones, and the only accent color is jade green (the same color as the brand's logo).
PUBLICATION: PROJECT PUBLISHED IN THE PERUVIAN ARCHITECTURAL MAGAZINE ARKINKA N ° 289 IN 2019.
